May 2007 changes in the intersection of Walney Road, Braddock Road and Sully Road (Route 28) have probably caused most GPS units to give erroneous driving directions to reach Ellanor C Lawrence Park. Vehicles traveling southbound on Route 28 cannot turn left onto Walney Rd. Vehicles going southbound on Walney Road cannot turn left onto Route 28. Also there is no longer any direct connection between Braddock Road and Walney Road at Route 28. It may be as much as a year before this information can be programmed into map data for GPS units.
