From the shopping center parking lot walk north on the east side of Burke Commons Rd.

The paved trail turns right and no longer follows the street.

After a short distance a trail branches to the left. Continue straight down the hill on the present trail.

The trail passes the Kaiser Permanente building on the right.

At the bottom of the hill cross the parking lot diagonally to the sidewalk along the Sports and Health Club building.

Turn left at the entrance to the building and follow the sidewalk along the edge of the building away from the entrance.
